Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the table games department, ensuring that all staff members are properly trained and equipped to provide top-notch service to our guests
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere for our players
- Monitor game activity and customer behavior to detect any signs of suspicious or illegal activity, taking appropriate action as needed
- Collaborate with other casino departments to coordinate special events, promotions, and tournaments that will attract and retain customers
- Maintain compliance with all relevant gaming regulations and industry standards to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment for all
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a casino table games department
- Demonstrated knowledge of casino gaming regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
